Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of questishere.com and any order you place with Questishere ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds policy, which form part of these terms.

1. Who can order

You must be at least the age of majority in your province, state or country, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method presented.

2. Products, sizing and colour

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Garment photography, 3D kit previews and on-screen colour swatches are representations: screens vary, and printed fabric can differ slightly in shade from what you see. Small variations in print placement and finish are normal in made-to-order apparel and are not defects.

Sizing is adult XS–3XL. We do not currently offer youth sizing.

3. Pricing and currency

Our base currency is Canadian Dollars (CAD). Prices shown in other currencies are set per market and may change with exchange rates. The currency you are charged in is shown at checkout. Prices exclude duties and import taxes, which are covered in our Shipping Policy.

We may change prices at any time before you place an order. If a product is listed at a materially incorrect price because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it, and we will tell you if this happens.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges we received it but does not conclude the contract. The contract forms when we dispatch your order, or for made-to-order kits, when we confirm your design has entered production. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, if we cannot verify payment, or if we suspect fraud — and will refund you in full.

5. Custom and made-to-order kits

Team kits are produced to the design, colours, names and numbers you approve. Once production begins, an order cannot be cancelled or amended. You are responsible for checking spelling, numbers and sizes before approving. Custom kits are not returnable for change of mind; see our Returns & Refunds policy for the protections that do apply.

6. Artwork you upload

Our kit builder lets you upload logos, crests and other artwork. By uploading, you confirm that you own that artwork or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone's trademark, copyright or other rights. You grant us a limited licence to reproduce it solely to produce and deliver your order.

We may refuse to print artwork that we reasonably believe infringes a third party's rights, or that is hateful, obscene, harassing or unlawful. If we refuse, we will tell you and refund you.

7. Our intellectual property

The Questishere name, logo, kit designs, site content and photography are our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, resell or use them commercially without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape it by automated means without permission, or to attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.

9. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without your permission.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it, including products and the kit builder, without notice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost opportunity, or costs arising from a delivery arriving later than expected. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

12. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, extreme weather, industrial action, supply shortages or interruption of utilities or communications.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Prince Edward Island and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes are subject to the courts of Prince Edward Island, without affecting any right you have to bring a claim in the courts of your own country of residence where consumer law gives you that right.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
